Dr. Anjum came by to tell us that Dad is going home to LHC Rehab! The CT scan that was done yesterday came back good. No bleeding. He'll be an inpatient for a few days. Speech therepist is here now doing another assessment. Looked at a series of pictures, identifying them. Doing very well. He has some trouble with the written word, but visual/graphic things seem to be no problem. Susan the PT said that she thinks he's improving very fast. Thinks he will recover rapidly in the next few months, slower after that. Thinks he will recover almost fully. Dad's response, "so I won't have to be a slobbering idiot?" lol
